I think flat for now, they just look so clean now. I think I'm gona try and keep my jeep as narrow as possible. Also I don't have a bender so I have to mess around with going and getting them bent and fitted and stuff. I may order a kit like Btf has one and a few others for 50 bucks. I can prob do that this summer. And I'll leave them flat for Rausch. Now I need to worry about getting that Aussie installed.

alice the cat Is anyone running these? I have only seen them on gr8tops site. I can't quite make out the name. I just installed something similar on my truck and would like to find something like this for my TJ. The last pic is of my truck and the look I'm going for. These other small pics of the green Jeep are the only pics I have seen with this slider however this is my 3rd week of Jeep ownership.

I just made some for my own Sahara. Be warned there is a mess under there. Clear coat is bad sometimes. Lots of grime. And holes. But it can be cleared up. I'll show some pics soon on my build thread. I can actually show you my jeep now without the trim.

GoldenSahara00 Look good buddy. Should have some pics of my own tomorrow if things go well I doubt they will get finished tho

You gotta take off that extra trim it looks like and you can get them an inch taller to cover where the plastic stuff was.

McIvor Sorry been busy, with the XRC they bolt on the frame. The back four bolt holes are the same as upright or in step mode. You drill the front in the slider mode and two of the holes should lone up foe the step mode. Maybe 20 minute trim time with a ratchet and a little help.
02-02-2012 07:24 PM
McIvor I'll try to get some pics up, but when you set them up you use the same set of holes in the back and

wwch99tj Thanks
That's why I got them, my wife got into a t-bone accident and it dented and scratched the rocker it was cheaper to buy these than it was to do the body work and repaint
02-01-2012 07:05 AM
joeylead Looks good, the YJ ones are a little different with ony one bodymount mount, but i still think they would be plenty strong. I like these because ihave some rot on the rocker that goes up to the jeep logo. I could just cut it out and install these sliders and not worry about having to do bodywork. Takes care of 2 issues at once.
