mml thanks, 650.00 for the enclosure, the sub is from sunfire, i had their hrs8 in my gym and thought i'd try it out in the jeep (maybe 250.00 not sure though) and the amp is an alpine pdx1000.1, 1000 watts mono

not inexpensive, but then again it is a jeep!!

devicemanager Looks great! How much did everything cost? What brand/model is the sub, and is it powered by the factory amp?

i wanted more/better base but wanted to keep the stock look, for the most part.
the new enclosure was made by a local shop and it holds an 8" sub.
