Death Wobble

I have a 2000 Wrangler that I bought with a 2inch old man emu lift already on it. I put a 2 1/2 coil spring spacer kit on it and I also add JKS adjustable track bar, old man emu steering stabilizer, bigger pitman arm, I also put cam bolts in the front lower control arms to adjust the casting to keep from buying the adjustable control arms and 33'' tires. Then I drove it for about 8 months and it was fine, then came the death wobble. I soon found out that my bushing in my track bar had just fell apart as well as all the bushings up front. So I replaced all the bushings and tightend everything back up, but it still wants to shake at 35 to 40 mph not as bad but a little. The only thing I see is the track bar is cocked at a angle were it connects to the johnny joint. Could this be the cause of the wobble?
