New to this forum but not Jeeps

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this web forum but not to Jeeps. I was a spotter for a couple years with my buddy in his 81 CJ7, nothing intense just watching out for his rocker panels and guiding through trenches and stuff.

I've owned 2 FSJ's (which are my first love). An 84 and 85 Grand Waggy that I desperately tried to restore but never had the money to restore them and keep them on the road at the same time.

I currently drive a 2007 Wrangler X (2dr). I put on a Smittybilt XRC front and rear bumper, Smittybilt 10k winch and 30" Cooper STT tires and I'm always looking for new mods to make it more versatile while still keeping a clean look.

My other vehicle is a 1959 Chevy pickup. I recently had it converted to 4wd which is still underway. It's got a new tranny, t-case, suspension lift, drive shafts, front D44 and rear GM 12 bolt. It runs but the conversion needs to be completed and tweaked to make it my primary hunting vehicle.

I'll try to contribute here by answering whatever questions I can and I'll do my best not to post any misinformation.

I live in Rapid City, SD
Take care
