srad600 I need to learn to weld.

I sell all the stuff at my work, it would help if I knew how to do it for Jeepin and work.

EPM81 Tomorrow I will be painting the grill, headlight bezels, putting in new headlights and if there is enough daylight left I will be doing my bumpers as well. Bumpers require some wire wheel grinding. Also will be removing milk jugs and installing the bumper end caps.

I got some 1" angle iron (for free) and welded them into a box, cut everything up, my brother-in-law had some old wrist pins laying around so we welded them together, cut them in in half and welded a washer to the top for the hinge pins.
Welded everything together

and came up with this

My tub is rhino lined so I can't take the bolts off. I have a simple fix for it now. Albeit not the best, but it works.

Rude Dog Not a jeep fix, but a fix. Didn't have a big Allen wrench for a 9" fill plug, so we fab'd one up using a 3/8's bolt, and welded a couple nuts to it.

Cup holders in the single din slot for a radio which is now in my Tuffy center console. Got the unit off ebay it's from an early 90s ford Taurus. Same car my family had back when I was younger.
My first car was a 93 Taurus, I loved that cup holder!

Burddog OK. You need 14" of 3/4" x 1/8" flat stock, 12" of 1.5 x 1/8" flat stock, 12" 3/4 square tubing. Cut all that in half. The top and bottom flat stock is held to the tube with 3 6-32 screws w/lock nuts. tape the whole thing together. drill all the holes in one shot. The top bolts are 1/4-20 @ 1 1/4" w/lock nuts. The bottom pins are 1/4" x 1.5". Make sure when you drill the small holes you go through both sides of the tube. ***mark everything with a sharpie before you take it apart! It will all look the same, but only go back together right the same way it came apart. Then pull it apart and drill 1/2" holes so you can fit the 6-32 lock nut and socket in the hole. Bolt the top and bottom plates together. Then the two side plates. The roll bar is a 2-3" hose clamp and the fire extinguisher is a 3-4" clamp. You will have some excess, so get your Dremel and cutoff blade to cut it close once it is on. I used 1/16" aircraft cable and drilled 2 more holes, just cause i thought it looks cool. The 1st one I made was for my daughters 97 and it took 2 evenings to figure it out. This one I did in 2 hours, start to finish. It is not in the picture but it will also have yellow 550 cord pulls attached to the pins, just need to pick some up.

The fire extinguisher has a matching 1" tube strapped to it and when pushed up to the first tube/plate combo to cotter-less pins slide through to hold it in place. Pull the pins and the tube falls away from the plate.

Pretty funny! Although I was sure it was going to be an actual CD tray that you just bored out to fit a drink can!
