|kbwwolf||Cool. In the pics they looked really tight...I was hearing the squeak of metal on metal.|

|JMC03||nah they don't rub. they are snug tough maybe inch or so from body. Had to be careful putting them on so I didn't bang the body till I got them in position. The body curves in a bit just below the door so they look closer than they are.|

Oops. You just answered my q.
Does the side armor sit against the Jeep body...seems like there might be rubbing issues.
Maybe it's just the photo.

Looks like those guards are pretty snug against the side of the Jeep. Are they the Smittybilt SRC side armor?
How tight was the fit?
Like the black accents, btw. Good looking Jeep.

|JMC03||No lift, at some point maybe. I believe they are 265/75/16. The steps where just a hair short and one of the welds w bit too thick so I had to grind and beat em in with a rubber mallet, nothing to hard though.|

|squaddie77||Looks good i just ordered those same side steps for my dozer. What size wheels are those and do you have a lift?|

Rock Hard 4x4 bumpers on 2012 JK
Put some new bumpers and tire rack along with some Smittybilt rock guards. Only issue I have are where to find a new rubber seal for the rear tire wire. Is there some sort of after market cover for the old tire holder? I lost one of the fasteners for the grill to the engine. Other than that minor stuff it all went smooth about 5 hrs start to finish.
