|Jeepin9910||Well I called around today and NOBODY even messes with cb radios. Ugh I also did a search on how to tune them myself and couldn't really find what I was looking for. How hard is it to tune an antennae? Any and all help is appreciated.|

|darin.1701||tuning allows for maximum power output through said antenna. With out tuning, a feedback wave can develop in the antenna wire and harm the Cb.|

Well after lookin at my brothers mount we figured it out. It was the nylon washer that needed to be on the top of my bumper instead of the bottom. Who woulda think
It? Oh well I'm just glad my cb works.

So me and my brother put CB's in our Jeeps and I can hear everything he is sayin but anytime I say anything all he can hear is a long beep. What could be the problem?
