If you're looking for a new Wrangler you might give these guys a call, or look them up on the net. I bought my 08 Sahara from them and they were easy to get along with. If nothing else it would give you an idea. I'm in the Stockton area and I have purchased a number of cars from them over the years. The more quotes you get the better your chances are. Google the Chrysler Jeep dealer in Gilroy. If you're in Sacramento it would probably be about 150 mile trip but could be worth it.

|flyinion||Ok I'm crossing Elk Grove off the list unless I really need to buy from them for some as yet unknown reason. First salesguy is no longer there, test drive today the new guy I worked with was the sterotypical super pushy salesguy. Much better vibe from the one time at Roseville. Will probably check out Folsom too just for the heck of it or even some of the other ones in the area if I don't get any other suggestions directly for who is good|

|flyinion||Thanks, I'll check out the Folsom dealer just for the heck of it to see what kind of vibe I get. I was up there to check out a competitor a couple months ago and was NOT impressed with the dealership. The sales guy I talked to briefly at Roseville seemed like a good guy though. The Elk Grove dealer, I'm not sure about but might have a better opinion after I go down there tomorrow to test drive a manual 2012 since they have a few in stock. I'd visited them a few weeks back and the sales guy I worked with seemed not very knowledgeable on things. For instance I was testing a 2011 and he's quoting 2012 engine figures. I also got a bit of the "sleazy vulture salesguy" vibe from them all just standing around, but it could have just been the day I went.|

I have used Roseville service deparment. I currently take my CTD there. When Jeep issued the parking pawl recall on my 05 TJ I had taken it to Roseville also. I have an RE Lift kit on the Jeep. They messed up 2 bolts removing the skid plate and called to me to let me know and where to got more to replace them. Even with the aftermarket skid I wasn't charged for anything.
Their is another Jeep dealership in the Folsom Lake Automall. I used to know a guy working there back in 2005. I don't know if he still works there. A service writer at Folsom (no longer there, his son might be) own Jeeps. The dealership also used to take their customers on an annual Rubicon trip.

|flyinion||I'm also not opposed to driving a bit for the purchase at least if the dealer is good (maybe 50-70 miles).|

Sacramento area dealers?
So I've looked at various JKU models while near a couple of the various dealers in the Sacramento area (Elk Grove and Roseville). I'm just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the best dealer in the area when it comes time to buy? I'll likely be using my Geico car buying service anyway, it's run by a company called Zag, but it would be good to know if there is a particular dealer or dealers in the area that are easy to work with on deals and if they have a good service department.
