Gilcano Well now I got lucky, just found a set of axles for my Jeep. Front Dana 30 4.56 w/Aussie locker installed and a Ford 8.8 L/S 4.56 all complete with brake lines and everything. The only problem is that them were set up for a SOA instead of SUA so I have to cut the perches and weld them for SUA. SO HAPPY.....

Ford 8.8

Gilcano Did a little bit of cosmetic on the axles (4.10). They will be on the YJ this weekend.

If I were you, I'd mount that fairlead on to that stinger plate before you ruin that rope on your first pull.
Yeah, thanks for the comment but just ordered another fairlead for the front.

Gilcano Found some used Smittybuilt tube fenders (with the inners) so I'll be putting them on soon after I weld the flares.

This is the look I want....

Great, thanks a lot. ARB is very pricey, @ 1K, I might look into Detroit locker.

I can appreciate that, I kind of got a deal on mine. Got the ARB for $730(from a friend)and the gears + master install kit from Randy's Ring & Pinion for $20 worth of raffle tickets. I didn't upgrade the axles to molys', they're pretty beefy on there own. I did weld the tubes to the differential housing.

Decoding the tag can tell you alot.
The 4L10 tells you that it's a LSD w/4.10:1 gears
The 88 tells you it has a 8.8" ring gear
The 8D30 tells you that it was built/produced April 30th 1998

this was the tag on mine.
