ZentirelyJEEP Hi, I'm in Albuquerque. I am new to the Wrangler Forums, but not to Wranglers themselves.

In 2007 I sold my 1994 YJ. It had some modest modifications, but it sure did go off road nicely.

Last Friday, I bought a brand new 2013 JKU. Gecko pearl paint, standard, 4 door, and totally stock (meh). The mods will come, but for now, I wanted to come here to meet other fellow NM Jeep people.

It's been a long time since I've been off-roading. I had two kids and drove around a mom-type vehicle for the last 6 years. Oh how I've been missing out!

I named her "Bindi"

Back behind Rio Ranch there are a lot of trails. It has been over 20 years since I have been on any of them but if you get the Gazetteer for New Mexico. If you’re going to Wheel in any state you need to have one of these with you for that state. They show all the roads that are in the US data base. Now there are Jeep trails and fire roads that may not be in there but still you should have it with you. A GPS that has the same type of map info is also a good idea to have.

Anyone interested?
I am. Waiting for warmer weather will give me time to get my YJ going. It's down now and can't figure it out. At any rate, keep me in mind.
