bardb LOL, rotating the head light switch to turn the dome lights on is how most (if not all) cars used to be

Sammy91683 Ya, it's my interior lights (overhead on the back of the hard top and under the dash)
Thanks, what a weird design
A very nice thing to know though

Alaska2Hawaii If it is your interior lights... the same thing happened to me until I realized how silly I was being! Pull the Headlight Knob out, and turn it clockwise. If you turn it all the was counter-clockwise it turns on the dome lights etc. Hope that helps!

98 Wrangler Accessory Lights Won't Turn Off

I have a 98 TJ and randomly, my accessory lights will not turn off.
I learned this the hard way by finding my Jeep with a dead battery in the morning.
I got in the fuse box and pulled the fuse that I thought it would be, but apparently it wasn't the right one since the lights stayed on, so I just took out all of the light bulbs since I didn't have time to work with it.
Any advice on what it is and how to fix it?
