soundline Wow, I really thought there would be more jeepers up here willing to help you out. I know that there are jeep clubs around here.

I'm over in Des Moines and I'll be re-joining the jeeping community here soon.

rich1014 Don't forget a SYE. . . If I can help, send me an email. I actually work at the hospital in Redmond. . .

kc7yrs Nope, the I've not done the lift yet. I'm in no big hurry and am trying to do my homework before diving in.

I really enjoy doing work on the Jeep but in general folks seem to have two or three help with the project. I just figured it would be a great way to hook up with others of like mind!

BTW, I'm currently looking at a RE 3.5 Superflex (or the 4.5 Superflex and swap out the springs). I'm also looking at either 32 or 33's - depending on my mood and the day. :-)

I see that the 4x4 Groupbuy has a good price for the RE 4.5 with an AA SYE and Tom Wood's shaft -

Thanks,
Bob

amy Yup, for awhile I thought I was the only NWer here. We need to spred the word and get more local folks in here.

Good luck with the lift! I'm sure the guys here will do their best to help you out on line but they can't see your post in the Washington forum. You'd need to post in general.

kc7yrs Hi Amy,
It appears you are correct, the NW corner of the world doesn't seem to hang out much on WF. I guess they don't know what they are missing.

Anyway, as I get closer to actually doing the lift etc I'll have to learn from the web and my hard learned lessons wrenching on cars through the years.

Take care,
Bob

TJ Lift Experts in Western WA

Hi All,
I've been doing a bunch of reseach on lifts and feel I have a good beat on the best methods and tools needed. Is there anyone in the Western WA area that has done a RE 3.5 lift that could provide some guidance if I hit a road-block?

Thanks,
Bob Spink
