No way. It's going to vary somewhat on driving conditions, but assuming you're just referring to an overall average, I am deeply skeptical of this. Maybe 5%.
4.10 is better for everything.
Sure. I think the 5-speed auto has a numerically higher final gear ratio and is therefore the only Rubicon offered with 3.73s. In other words, if you get a manual 2012 Rubicon, then you get 4.10s automatically. The 4.10s are an option with the 5-speed auto.
Depends. I'd think the auto would be better for crawling.
Correct. That's why I consider it a theft deterent.

3.73 vs 4.10; manual vs auto; RU
Know very little about this area, but is the following correct. Of course, everything is a compromise.
The more I read, the more I am confused.
All are Jeeps and all are great.
However, why get a hammer if one needs a screwdriver? So good to match tool to need.
For the work that has to be done, it will be a RU.
The 3.73 gets about 10% better mileage than the 4.10. If one drives much, this is significant with fuel prices being what they are. One can have a Wrangler that is also used off-road and consider the costs so one can get more mods and do more road trips.
The 4.10 gives more power and is better for bigger tires.
Not for sure which is best for 60 to 75 mph range especially when climbing mountains. Believe the 4.10 is better for this.
For average driving, the 5-speed auto is about equal to the 6-speed manual.
However, the manual is cheaper, crawls a little better and has more control.
Also most people cannot drive the manual.
The auto is better sealed, is better for rock climbing and is easier to drive.
Is the above accurate?
