My yj is emission exempt...so...no cat. I am looking at a fully welded thrush muffler. No tailpipe. I am gonna run it out the side in front of the rear tire. My goal is to have it complete before Labor Day. Keeping my fingers crossed!
That is where my exhaust used to be. I ran it between the spring and the frame and it worked great. I actually got my 90 degree bent pipe in your town when I lived in Houston.

livenlearn Sounds good. I like the the two tone color scheme and I'm a fan of bedliner. Can't wait to see it completed.

Need to get my hard doors painted in bedliner here sometime. They are the only thing yet needing monstaliner.

brachilius Here is a pic of the driver's side door and tailgate. The two tone on the door looks sweet. I have a hardtop that will be raptor lined black. I love this stuff. It is so easy to use.

brachilius The doors and tailgate are done. The two tone looks awesome. I will post pics tomorrow.

daddyjeep A bump is just a post to bring visability to a thread instead of posting something of actual meaning.
07-11-2014 06:47 PM

brachilius I raptor lined the windshield frame and two tones the passenger door. I was gonna line the tailgate...but ...it had to start raining. It will have to wait.

brachilius I just picked up 35" baja claws in ARE aluminum wheels curtesy of craigslist. Now, the thorn birds are on sale. Raptor lining tomorrow. I have to finish the doors. I just need to weld in the passenger side floor pan and paint the tub. Then....time to start bolting it all back together.

brachilius I fixed 8 of the body mounts today. The drivers side floor pan has been replaced. The passenger side floor pan was cut out. All rust has been sprayed with 3 coats of rust converter. I have to trim the passenge side floor pan and weld it in. I also transferred the fuel lines off the old frame and onto the rolling chassis. I cut up the old frame to take to the scrap yard. All that it left on the tub are the two rear body mounts plus the passenger side floor pan. Then...on the rolling chassis! Hopefully it can all be completed this week.
