Replacing My Timing Chain

I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L that I am going to change the timing chain on. I'm pretty sure it is a timing chain, thats what the guy said at the shop i just want to make sure that year and the 2.5L is a chain if someone could tell me that please...

Also, do you guy suggest that I replace the timing chain and the sprokets or the whole set up that comes with the tensioners and damper... which one?

Also the Jeep has around 150K on it..

Thanks a bunch!!!
