silvergoat that is awesome work!
I had a local shop do somthing similar but much simpler design... 2x4" square tube welded between the frame rails inplace of the stock 1/8" flimsy crossmember.
the nice thing about silvergoats design is that it doesn't completely open up the rear corners to rock damage like mine were. After the crossmember was made every time I hit thee trails my corners would get bashed in a little more. I'm planning on stretching it later and now I've got corner amor back there until I do the comp cut. But you may want to do somthing more like silvergoats where it extend a little past the frame rails to protect the corner sheet metal better.

I had actually looked at that, but since i lack the ability to weld, i ruled it out. I was actually thinking of going down to the local sheet metal shop and seeing if i can have them cut some like 1/2" to shape....1/2 could probably handle most all i'll throw at it
but if theres something/someone on here...i wont be doing this until the spring. PSC said they will have something similar released during quarter 1 of 2008....ill have to see what that is too.

Are you looking for something like this? This replaces the weak factory cross member.

TJ Frame Plate
Ive been searching a few months for an idea on how I want my rear bumper to look. Ive decided I dont need a reciever, only d mounts. I think I want to go flush like the PSC rear stinger "frame plate". (I however have no accurate cutting methods, just mr. sawzall, and ms. angle grinder) Ive talked to PSC and they wont sell just the plate. I'm aware M.O.R.E. makes plates for CJ's and YJ's, but not for the TJ. Does anyone know a company/individual that does? I've been playing on a piece of 1/4 and its just eating up discs/blades. Im sure those plus the value of my time, it will be cheaper to just buy one. I also dont have the means to countersink correctly.
So if anyone could point me in some direction I would greatly appreciate it
