knnphillips As long as the grill and the full body is there it's a Wrangler once you backhalf it it becomes a juggy (jeep+buggy) no matter what parts are used. Once I find an acceptable candidate I'll be building a trail rig. The only thing I plan to save by the end is the body and some of the frame.

How many mods......

...before a Wrangler is no longer a Jeep Wrangler? I've seen them with Chevy engines and trans, ford axles, coil-over suspension, four-wheel hydraulic steering and major frame modifications, all on the same rig. Surprising enough they were still calling it a Wrangler. The only Wrangler parts were the front half of the tub, cowl and the windshield and frame. If you upgrade with Jeep parts, say like a Hemi from a Grand Cherokee into a 4 cylinder Wrangler, is that different? It's still Jeep. What are your opinions?
