BiGMac89 What about backspacing what does it do? The rims I want are cragar 15x8 with 4 inch backspace. How much difference from stock is this

BiGMac89 How wide are the stock rims? I want to make sure that the 8 inch is wide enough.

Nubby55 Check with a tire Manufacturer, every on here seems to have different ideas on this. I would use a 10" wheel for a 12.5 tire but I try to go with what the Pros. said. I Am Sure Someone Will Say I'm Wrong. because Joe Blow at the nobody tire shop said Squat!

Day215 15x8 or 15x9, still holds a bead at moderatly low pressure. 15x10 is a bit wide.

topher38 im running 33x12.5x15 i love them but here in a couple of weeks im going to 35x12.5x15

Timberwolf 15x10 might be too wide for 31s to seat well and you should still be able to run 33s on 15x8 with no problem

new wheels

I'm wanting new rims on my 92 islander but I can't make up my mind between 15x8 or 15x10. I will be putting 31 10.50 15 on for now then move up to 33 12.50 15 in a year. Opinions and ideas would be awesome
