PaddysPub Last night got around to spraying my side/turn markers with some VHT Nightshades and repainted my headlight bezels gloss black. Dont worry, they're not as dark as they look, this is in the garage at work.

All I plan on replacing are the shafts...however, now you have given me an excuse to think about a bigger axle project. Lol, gf's gunna love this idea...now to start thinking up a completely justifiable, and probably completely false reason to get her to go along with an axle upgrade budget.

"Babe, the torque converter on the flux capacitor threw a heim joint in the emission control valve on the CCV in the gearing of the axles. What this means Love is that the axles are shot and the Rubi is unsafe to drive. Should only cost about $700 to fully replace both axles! Btw, I'm heading out to the woods this weekend. I'll fix it when I get back."

I used those plus some 80/100 watt H4's (off road only......) and an upgraded harness from Susquehanna motor sports for less than $200 total. Honestly 100x better than stock. Pics don't do it justice. And I never get flashed.

I am thinking about doing the same thing. I found these on Amazon, seem to be the same but a little cheaper.

I will have to change my bulbs about 10 times to get to the price of a set of trucklites and doubt it will happen. Still on my 1st set over a year now.
ok and I think I understand what you did. different housing with better bulbs? let's see some pics

I was there with the encode route, but went w the trucklites since I don't have to worry about when a headlight will go out and the low amp draw of LEDs. I thought the difference was worth it to me. However, your route is a good one as well. Either way is clearly a much better setup than stock..

xigiff Put the top on for the first time after I bought it. And took it to get pretty. A few learnings. 1- a ton more fun topless. 2- oh how dirty the top gets when it's down. 3- Getting the zippers to work is a pain in the butt. 4- still beats driving a Hyundai.

Not the best photo, but I do have the best Jeep Washer in charge.

Plug and play and 100x brighter than stock, plus they look nice.
that's good to know!! and what's the difference between the e code housings and the ones you have? good to know their plug an play as well!! got a link from where you got them? so I know exactly which ones I need to get. no doubt they look good

SN95GT50 It wouldn't be the first time I did something stupid. It is a terrible design of the front bumper. It was on it when I purchased it, plan to replace in sping
