Peepers I believe it should be similar to motorcycle laws. Some states require eye protection. So if your wearing your safety glasses it might be ok.

Other than that I dont know.

techflork Don't live in MD, but I'm 90% sure that's still illegal. Also it just seems sucky to ride around with all that wind in your face. You're gonna eat a lotta bugs :P offroading would be a blast though

Windshield Laws

Hey guys I am curious what MD says about dropping the windshield...I don't plan to anytime soon I was just curious if there was a law stating that the windshield had to be up. Thanks.
