jeepinmike They came off the General Lee.....

I have always seen them refered to as Turbines. As stated, they were a jeep factory wheel in 5x4.5 at one point in the XJ life span. I like the retro look, sharp and timeless design.

Dgrimjeeper If I remember right those are factory Jeep wheels that were placed on the early MJs (Comanche) and XJs (Small Cherokee) in the mid 80's to early 90s. It was one of a few options that came out of the dealerships but sure enough it should fit an MJ, XJ, (YJ?) and TJ bolt pattern of 5 X 4.5...

If all of your wheels look like the one you have in the picture then you've got yourself a small find. It's a good looking set of vintage Jeep wheels and you could probably market them as such... try selling them to Comanche enthusiasts, chances are you'll probably find a buyer for a fair price. They're not too rare, but you don't see them that often.

Sell them for a bit more than the stock TJ steel wheels... or don't, they're your find.

I forget the actual name of that style wheel though... I'm getting old lol.

I doubt they came stock on a '95, but they were used on early cherokees (big and small) and I think they were used on the AMC Eagle Wagons. Commonly referred to as "Turbines"

Oldguy I think the GW wheel had a few more spokes. They're kinda cool, though. Bet you could knock out those centers for lockouts.

lindel FSJs from 74 thru 92 use a 6 bolt pattern (6 x 5.5 IIRC)

DougTimme Those are factory wheels from the early 90s Cherokees. Here is a picture... I hope

Now that you say that those do remind me of those wheels! However, I think their bolt pattern is different so those are probably a knock-off of the OE Waggie wheels.

Jerry Bransford No idea on their brand name except that they are aluminum, a plus when it comes time to sell them. I would just use that photo in a Craigslist ad and not worry about their brand name.

Can any one identify these WHEELS

I got these wheels and tires several years ago in a trade.
They have BFG 1.5 x 31 X 15, with abiut 60-70% tread left. No cuts orr bubbles, but with a DOT date of 7-8
The wheels are non metalic (magnet wont stick) cant see any ID on them, stock back space, Jeep hub caps, and 5X4.5 lug spacing.
I have replaced them on mu 04 Sport with Soft 8 and Cooper tires.[ATTACH]83885[/ATTACH
be easier to sell them, if I knew what I was talking about
