haha thats what i have!
3.37's 4.0 abd 35's
and its fine
top speed is about 75-80 and i gt about 12-14 mpg
i times mysefl and i go from 0-40 in 3.1 seconds and 40-70 an 9.8 seconds haha

Do you seriously think there's no need to regear with 35" tires? Tell you what....put some 35's on YOUR rig, but don't regear.....and give us a full report on how happy you are with your Jeep's performance. Doesn't sound like very good advice to me.
Not trying to bust your chops, D-man, but think about what you just said....

I am running the Full Traction kit, and have been VERY happy with it, both on and off-road. I DD'd my rig for a few months after I did the lift and it liked cruising down the freeway at 75 MPH with 35" MTRs and the 6" FT kit.
EDIT: I upgraded to Rancho 9000 shocks, and have been very happy with the ride quality.

i think the FT (full traction) 6" long arm lift is some good stuff too.....i would definitely regear and upgrade other parts as suggested.

|Triple88a||^ I'm hearing very bad things about the swiveling jks control arms. They use threads to spin. Those threads get worn out and the control arms start rattling and eventually threads start jumping and get loose and fall apart. I rather drive with my RC control arms then with those.|

eh thats not true if hes not gonna wheel it, you can use a D35 and 35 in tires as long as you dont lay down patches or off road
now he may need to regear but i dont think its really necessary
SYE/ CV is necesarry for that lift though
i recommmend the super ultimate
less expensive than the others and will have a way better ride, OME shocks and coils are known to be the most comfortable

|Scout||How's your Jeep set up right now? Axles, gears, steering etc... Going with 35's creates a snowball effect with needed parts.|

|Triple88a||Dont forget you will need sye and cv driveshaft w/ that much of a lift so unless you got a rubi, it will be pricey. How much are you willing to spend on your rig (not including the tires)?|

The only thing I don't like about the RE is that you still use a rear track bar unless you upgrade to the 3-link. The Rock Krawler kit gets rid of the rear track bar. Price wise, I'd go Rock Krawler. Also - RK arms are solid, no tubing.

never said anything about budget. Must been someone else. Not saying I'm not on some kind a budget but cool ain't cheap.
I was just wondering which one has best road manners. My jeep will be more show than go for the most part. I'm leaning towards RE. Looks like everyone has good stuff to say about their kits.

Rubicon Express 5.5" Long Arm or Rock Krawler 5.5" Long Arm
Either of those would be the best solutions for what you want in a kit.

another suspension question
Ok I know this topic has probably been beat to death. But here's what I'm looking for. I want to run 33 to 35's. Prefer 35's. I want a nice suspension kit that has EXCELLENT street manners with good off-road capabilities.
I'm looking at kits from RE, Skyjacker, Pro Comp, Fabtech,etc. Seems RE builds good stuff. What's everyone recommend?
