Blowing Oil On Passenger side of Enginge When Cold

Hopeing someone might be able to help me with something. I live in Fairbanks Alaska and it is currently from 20 to 40 below or so and will be for a few more weeks. My problem is that it was cold then warmed up and then turned cold again. As it got cold again, there is oil blowing out on the passenger side of the engine, and loss of oil pressure. It did this the last time it got cold but stopped as soon as it warmed up. Gotta be some ice freezing up and blocking something. Someone mention a PV Valve somewhere that may have gotten water earlier that is freezing up in the extreme cold. My YJ is 1 93 4 cyl. Where is the valve, anyone know, or have other thoughts?
