Trails in AZ

I'm going to be traveling in the southwest in about two weeks. I'm looking for a trail in Arizona. I need something easy because I don't want to have to worry about driving back across the country with a broken rig. Distance isn't an issue - the longer the better as long as I can do it over a weekend.

Any suggestions? I've looked at and it's showing some things but I'm thinking there are places that aren't on their map. Thanks in advance!
