People in the military arent free to dress / act how they want so not really.
They are free to join in which they dress up and do the same stuff. That was my point =P

Thats not what I thought it was anyway, i though it was those people who just meet in the same place at the same time and crowd out a place just say they were there. The freezing thing is kinda spooky like a Twilight Zone episode.
