ryananderson The place in Compton, CA I believe will ship. Not sure, but it may be worth finding out. If they do, they seem to have everything. It's basically an exclusive wrangler salvage yard. Their website is JeepThrillzOffRoad.com

ryananderson I will tell you, craigslist is the best. Yes , its inconvenient, but there is always people parting out their old jeeps. The problem that I have w/ salvage yards, at least here in So. Cal., are that people come and buy all the jeeps for jeep parts business. They have one in Compton that buys all the jeeps going into the salvage yards. As for one place having all your needs at lower prices than any other, I don't think its possible. Maybe just minimize your list down to 3 to 4 vendors. Sorry to be long winded, but I feel for you. There's hundreds of ways to go.

jcf Look in our list of vendors, there are plenty of good 4x4 places there to buy stuff & Quadratec offers free shipping to WF members

copleydad As far as the roll bar covers, all the after market ones seem cheaply made. There is an ebayer who has used Jeep parts, somewhere around MA or RI, and I've seen roll bar covers from them. I've bought a few things from them and have been happy overall.

Just found his username "jeepworldne" on ebay.

Personally I think you might be better off with a "gently used" set than some of the Chinese crap I've seen.

You can also put your needs in the "parts wanted" section of this and other Jeep forums

van_Niets The hyperlink is to 4wd.com, by the way.

van_Niets For general pricing, plus free shipping (most ground-shipped orders over $98), I like Jeep Parts, Jeep Accessories, & Jeep Tops

I always check Craigslist first, then eBay, for parts. Salvage/junkyards are great for OEM stuff. I never use websites for junkyards. I call first, then go to confirm.

Hope this helps. Happy hunting.

if you don't mind going to junk yards you can use link above to figure out some good used seats that will bolt right in to the Jeep. MikeMTJ posted this info on one of his posts and I am about to start the hunt to replace my seats. I am having same issues with finding some good seat covers, ebay is about the only place I have found some semi decent seat covers. But since I am replacing my seats I bought some cheap seat covers to get me by until I find my replacement seats. As for a one stop shop web site I have not found one that I like but JC Whitney is ok for finding a lot of new replacement parts. I still try and hunt down some good parts using ebay motors and craigslist. best of luck with your Jeep

Need a GOOD website. Lost

Hey y'all! I'm new to the forum but thought, what a better place to ask. I'm in desperate need of new roll bar covers for my '90 YJ. And new seats. There's 1,000 websites out there but all I can seem to find are the cheap-o covers. Or they look like it anyway.

Can y'all tell me of a GOOD website to order this stuff from that's not insanely expensive? I'm about to start ordering a lot of things and it would be nice to have 1 site instead of a million. Thanks for the help guys!
