Frisco Rubi That question will get you 100 different answers. I'm on all the Colorado jeep trails, including Holy Cross. I do a lot in the Moab area and ended up with Pro Comp xterrain. Been very happy with them so far, good road manners and not much road noise at 75 mph, and excellent in the rocks. They are 315/75/16s. Hated the Good Year mtr that came new on the Rubi, there was so much road noise you couldn't hear the radio.

XJ Knight Brand wise.. Your gonna get great tires from BFG, Cooper, GY, and Mickey Thomson just to name a few.. How you use your Jeep will have a great effect on what specific tires are recomended..

banks316 Interco Swampers they lack the onroad performance, but they can't be beat offroad. Only company to make tires over 35's for a 15in rim. Hell you can get up to 44's on a 15in rim.

All tire companies produce good tires. Some tread designs are better than others. Each company have regulations that have been set forth that they must meet. With that being said and like the above posted it depends on what you are wheeling to the tire design. Once you know this there are better companies to choose from and from that range there will be cheaper options and more expensive options.
