Rearseat Loose

I recently joined the vast community of Jeep owners. I noticed my rearseat on my 2000 Wrangler is loose, is this common or is the bracket broken? I checked it out and to the best of my knowledge, very little of Jeeps, it looks fine. The only reason it bothers me is if my kids sit back there and I slammed on the brakes or something the seat moves about 1 1/2" to 2"? Thanks for any input.
