Jeep_guy3 I think a 1"bl and 35s will fit. I've got a 4 inch suspension, 2 inch bl and run 36x13.5 and my only problem is a VERY slight tire rub on the control arm at full turn.

Redbullf189 So I talked to the guy at my 4x4 parts place today and he thinks the 35" tires I have won't fit on a 1" BL. I think it will but we'll see. He said everything has been changed though, so that's good.

Redbullf189 Thanks for the compliments on it! Yea I know, I hope everything was changed, cause if not, that isnt good. If I drop it to a 1" and everything was changed, will I need to have all those parts re-changed again?

just bought a TJ, have a question

Hey guys, I just bought my 98 Sahara yesterday, and love it so far. 83k miles, black, has many extras. This is my first Jeep though, so I had a quick question about it.

First, it has a 4" lift with Rancho shocks, which I love, but it also has a 3" body lift. I've been reading that 3" body lifts aren't very good for the frame and all. I also have 35" tires on it, and I've read I could drop the Jeep to a 1" BL and it would be ok. Being a college student that has to drive about 20 min to school (I live in Miami), and some of it highway, should I have the 4" BL removed asap? I posted some pictures of it so you can see what I'm talking about.
