1SAS Tom Woods can help you with the driveshaft. He makes awesome driveshafts, as most jeepers know. J.B. Conversions makes the SYE and he can help you with that information. Good luck.

Take care,

banks316 The yoke on the Dana 44 is the same yoke on the Dana 30. Both the Dana 44, Dana 30 take a 1310 u joint. Flatline is correct get a custom CV drive line made.

flatline don't buy a premade drive shaft. after you install SYE measure center where the u-joint goes to center of pumkin yoke. been ordering that way since I started building rigs.

Driveshaft Confusion

I have a Jeep YJ and it has somewhere around 2-4 inches of suspension lift but I have a jeep xj dana 44 in it and i want to get the sye and extended drive shaft but i dont know which driveshaft i should get the dana 44 has a bigger pinion so i originally made the existing drive shaft shorter but i dont no which drive shaft to purchase cause i have a different length than stock.

Sorry for the complicated explanation. . . .
