wranglergranny Yesterday, a mechanic picked up my YJ, replaced the exhaust system that was rusted out, and brought it back within the hour. All for $90. I'm so happy!!

DoodleJeep Its been a long time since I posted on the site. So I will catch up on what I did to my YJ. First I traded a truck I had for a 87 Wrangler YJ. I got it off the original owner! It is in great shape. No rust 258 5 speed. So I put the 4" lift I had and was going to put on my 94. My 94 only had a 2.5 in it. After the lift and changing the bumpers I traded my 94 for a 96 Ford F350 Diesel Dually. So now I have a good truck to pull my Jeep to trails that are further away. Gives me a piece of mind that if I break I can still get home.

laredo Ordered up a 20 pack of LED's off amazon for $15. Excited to be able to see my gauges. For anybody wondering it takes 10 bulbs to do the gauges on early yj's.

4LinkFan The old Heep turned over 200,000 miles today. And at the time she was in 4 low and pointed up a hill... the way it should be. The next hundred thousand miles should be fun.

Anyone know of an alternate way to get to the wiper motor without folding the windshield down?
I have the same sound bar, where did you get the LEDs for it. The lights that come with it are basically in usable ...so dim

Fun..hah not what I'd say. But it was totally doable ..worth every penny I spent 7.00 on bulbs and another 3.00 for the column shifter lights and I even bought strip led lights 18in rolled them up stuffed in dome light and hard wired directly

just buy the socket for your ratchet that fits the bolts holding the windshield to the roll cage then it just folds right down

Today I installed my locking console and now I am going to install the new crank position sensor due to an intermitant crank no start issue. And when that's all done and while I am doing I am going to drink a few Rainer beers...
