Looking for a specific type of kayak rack...

I have been searching around the forums and have read all the various posts about hauling a kayak... But I am looking for a kayak rack that has to meet some weird requirements.

1. Looking for a rack that does not mount to the windshield hinges where I have my Smittybilt brackets for mounting windshield lights, unless it is possible to have the brackets and rack mounted in the same spot.

2. I'd like to be able to travel with the soft top up or down before mounting yaks.

3. I have a rear tube bumper, so I am not sure if some of the racks will be able to mount to a tube bumper since I have seen some racks being mounted somewhere on the rear stock bumper.

4. I would like to keep my spare tire free for me to hold my bikes.

I have a jk 2DR, and I am looking to carry 2 kayaks, each being about ten feet. If anything comes to mind, shed some light. I have been looking at pictures all over but cant seem to find one that would work. Thanks!
