nwbronco What model do you have? Up to 2010 is fairly easy. I used a putty knife to pull from the back side of the top piece, and then the same knife to pull the sides out a bit and popped the center section out. You can pull the 2 bolts at the very bottom of the center section by removing the bottom center panel. It's not necessary, there is enough give in the center section to pull it down enough to remove the 4 screws holding the radio.

An '11 or later is a bit tougher. Both have been covered here.

Removing factory my gig

I need to remove the factory head unit so I can install the mic for u-connect. I don't know where to begin to get the head unit out. Does anyone know a step by step how to get to it?
