DIY quick disco's.
Hadn't planned on doing them, but it was obvious something was amiss on the highway yesterday. Passenger side lower linkage bolt, nut, and bushing sleeve fell off somewhere.
Then I put snaps on my door limit straps.
I've got the adjustable Velcro straps, but the Velcro just doesn't hold. I got tired of adjusting my mirrors every time the doors swung into them.
Finally (for tonight) I drained the coolant, cut in the coolant flush tee, replaced both rad hoses, pulled the t-stat, and ready to flush.
I'll finish up tomorrow, 2 am is no time for this nonsense.

I am doing the tailgate.
I am planning on lining my seat brackets.
Hopefully sometime next week I will make a thread with my experience and some tips and tricks that I've learned.

Are you doing the tailgate/rear door? I didn't at first, but started in the second coat. Looks 100x better with the rear door done. I did the entire door though, as I'm using the Raptor liner on the corners (instead of diamond pate) after I remove and patch a rust spot by the license plate.
I would also take this time to clean your hardware, seatbelt guts, seat brackets, etc. I scrubbed all the bolts and soaked them in mouse milk in labeled parts cups. But that's just me. In total, took me 8 days from start to finish because I started getting anal. But trust! Totally paid off. Now I know that I don't need to worry about any hardware, plugs, etc. everything in the tub is clean and good as new.

A bit behind, but last week I installed the UCF extra-clearance skid. (The 241 case is such a pig)
Yesterday I finished welding up and painting a rear bumper I've been working on.
And this morning I installed it along with a Savvy gas tank skid.
I need to address that tailpipe now..

I did manage to get a battery disconnect switch installed on my winches main power lead. This switch will be moved to the fuel pump or some other good spot as soon as the larger switch I ordered arrives. This switch is only good for a 100 amp continuous 500 amp burst load. Luckily they use the same mounting bracket. It will look a lot better with the leads covered in shrink wrap and the bottom homemade case in place.
You can see the cover I made for it in this pic
Heres the switch in place. Figured mounting it close to the winch was a good idea.
