Also, you would be smart to have one if you have a BL, but I do not. I have a 3.5" suspension lift on 33s...

I do not want to replace the mounts with the stock ones. These are pretty much the best you can get, based on my research.
The Super Brackets replace the engine block mount brackets. One of mine has a sheared bolt head. That means my 4.0L is only being held in place by two bolts on one side.
The Brown Dog brackets use several unused bosses on the block that are threaded but have nothing in them. One side uses seven bolts and one uses six. (Can't remember which is which.)
One of our local shops has a mechanic who moved here from somewhere up in Michigan. He says they used the brackets to save blocks that had bolts sheared off and that could not be removed. These are FAR stronger and FAR better attached than the stock ones.
I am of the mind that you should only fix a problem once if possible. These stout brackets and mounts will mean that I will never have to mess with this issue again. Unless I install them wrong, that is. HAHAHA!!!
Here is the kit I just got in the mail today...
SU2883-0HW, TJ & LJ Header Super Kit w/ Super Engine Brackets and Ultra-Flex Rubber Motor Mounts
Keep in mind that with lots of Kroil and some patience I *might* get that stub out of my block, but if not I can just Dremel it off and forget about it. The new brackets have twice as many anchor points.

I loosened all my control arm bolts, then started torquing them back down. 130ft. lbs sucks, especially after it starts to rain on your back as you attempt to tighten them. I hope to finish tightening when I get home from work. If you're wondering "why is he giving himself things to do?" Troubleshooting a clunk. When in doubt make sure everything is tightened properly.

^ sounds like a great day!
My son and I hopped in mine yesterday to take him back to his mom. I didn't realize how chilly of a ride it was going to be with the doors off!

Something I already undertook when I wired up my lights & onboard air... Had to replace part of the harness as well, but so much easier to find wires & fuses now.

I started and finished the bulk of my wiring for my 55w backup fog lights. I'm using STUoffroad's guide to making them selectable with a DPDT switch. Calling it quits for now to pick up a few more parts I need.
Both my engine bay and under the dash will need loomed soon; the couple wires I had before that I neglected looming up, quickly turned into a mess of wires running just about everywhere.
Another thing I learned about myself; when I work on my TJ, the interior quickly starts looking like it belongs on a promo for "on an all-new episode of Horders"

|Jeffk1975||I rotated my tires today. And I think I found a knocking/tapping noise that started after doing the rear main seal...the plug for the front O2 sensor wasn't clipped back to the bracket so it was banging against the intake manifold. At least I hope that's all it was. I put it back on the bracket but didn't drive it after.|
