A guy I work with has this kit on his TJ and seems to think it rides just fine. He runs 32s with the stock ravines and looks like he has room left. Maybe a wheel with 3 3/4" BS, like a soft 8, might work okay with 33s. Not sure though. Adding a 1" BL is probably the cheapest route as was mentioned.
Just wondering - 31s work with no lift - so add a 2" lift and it kinda makes sense that 33s would fit(?) Forget about flex though. Actually some of the 2" kits recommend 31s for OR use!

I appreciate you guys arguing over what would be the best setup for me to run 33's, but that wasn't my question.
Would those springs that are for sale on Ebay work for me? ... and .... Is it normal for a 2" spring lift kit, that the front springs are actually 3" lift or does this guy not know what he's talking about?

all 2" BBs come with BS extensions. what you say would mean that all BB kits are a stupid thing and not worth the money.
when i had a BB with BS extensions it worked fine and there wasn´t a problem with a to small up-travel.
your right. a 4" suspension would be perfect for 33s. but with "only" 3" and a bit extended BSs it also works fine.
btw. when i had the 2.5" OME suspension and a 2" BB the small 32 tires still rubbed in full flex with stock BSs.

|Jerry Bransford||Nicolas, you could extend the bump stops enough so you didn't need ANY suspension lift to run even 35" tires but that doesn't still make it the optimal way to go. There needs to be a balance and limiting up-travel just to run a bigger tire than the lift height is optimal for is not a good way to go. Even the recent Jp magazine article of perhaps 2 months ago recommends 4" for 33" tires, something I've been saying for years. There is a right way to do things and there are band-aids (extra-tall bumpstops) to make less than optimal methods work. You can argue until the cows come home but my 4" recommendation for 33" tires stands no matter what you claim works fine for your friend.|

|nicolas-eric||if you extend the bumpstops a bit 2" lift + 1" BL is enough for 33s. a friend has this setup and it works fine.|

a friends PC lift is very stiff.

with the additional (only 100$) 1" BL and MML you are ready for 33" tires.

Pro Comp Spring lift question
I would like to lift my Jeep with as little money possible. I'm not looking for a high lift because it's my DD and my 9 yr old daughter still has to get in and out easily. Basically I'm in the market for a 2", but I want to get lift springs with different shocks (hoping to get RS9000s). To justify the Ranchos, I have to get cheap springs.
I came across this on Ebay and it looks perfect for me. (Outside having to ship to TN). It says 2" lift, but in his description (broken english), he says the fronts are 3" and the back is 2". I've looked on Pro Comp's website and they only state that they have 2" front/back lift. Would these springs work for me?
