OmE 2 in no question you can not compare. And if you get the OME HD you be as high if not higher then the teraflex
The OME kit come with bump stop track bar bracket ( drop of the body not a weak piece on from the xle which have been know to come lose and brake) and al the needed adjustments old man emo is the old suspension the Australian government ( which has amongst the strictest road laws) approves
Old man emo will proved a much safer ride then teraflex.
So if your wanna lift your truck do what I did, do your research take your time save money and do it right the first time around.
i have own many truck all make and models I used to do offroad rallies for Toyota over seas I have driven the east Africa and south west africa, in every thing from fords, land rover Mercedes trough Toyota, old man emu has never let me down.
The only suspension I would take over old man emu is ironman and if you can find a kit in US for a JK let me know and I will buy it.

|Zed||Thanks all! I've read that the TF 2.5 requires spacing the exhaust system back. Now im wondering if i did just go with EMU 2 inch coils and shocks if id still have to space back the exhaust. Any intel on that? Plus with the emu i dont think i have to add wheel spacers with my stock 17/32s right?|

If you're already doing trails at Rausch, I suspect you're gonna eventually wanna do some heavier wheeling. Jeeps are insidious that way; they'll talk you into s*** just by being capable of what they are.
You really don't need a spacer lift – or any other kind of lift, for that matter – to wheel your Jeep in the majority of situations. But if you're dead-set on lifting it, getting bigger tires, etc, and think you may end up going off-road more than you currently do, get the TF 2.5" lift. You'll lose some mpg, and the tires will cost you a little power, but it won't ruin your street ride by any means.
BTW, kjeep's got the TF lift.

A few of the guys here have installed the TF coil lift recently, including me. I'm impressed so far but waiting for a chance to test it offroad this Sunday. One thing that steered me away from a spacer lift was the kits didn't seem as complete as most coil lifts. I also figured it would be better at sucking up potholes and bumps than stock, which it definitely is.

His jeep is not a DD and has the RC metal spacers.
We just installed the same kit in Gluestick's JKU.
No doubt coil lifts are better but If you essentially want to stay stock-or close to it-a bb is the way to go

|Zed||Had thought about a budget boost but thought (perhaps incorrectly) that spacer only boosts wouldn't do much offroad. Also thought that springs and shock combo would give me the better ride/control on and off road.|

Teraflex 2.5 or EMU 2 in
First off hello to everyone. I've been reading a lot on the forum and am truly impressed with how nice and knowledgeable everyone seems.
Im a first time JKU Sport owner (4door). Been off roading once on green trails at raush creek and am hooked.
Ive put diff and evap skids on but now am looking at lift options. Thinking about either Teraflex 2.5 with stocks or EMU 2 inch suspension upgrade. Im still learning but it seems the teraflex may be better because it comes with Bump stops, brake line bracket, rear sway bar links and rear track bar bracket. BUT you cant run stock rims/tires w/out spacers. I believe im on 17 inch 32s now and cant afford both upgrades right now.
Oh .. And this is my DD that i sometimes travel 3-4 hours trips in (i yak, hunt n fish all over). Any advice? Would EMU with just springs and shocks alone be enough for green/blue type trails.
