stroke 4.6 and supercharge?

I've been wanting to stroke my stock 93 4.0l, but then I came across some videos of supercharged 4.0 but no stroked and supercharged? how much can rods, crank and caps take? I know I have to do a lot of home work, but were to start? I know that 4.6 with a 9.6:1, head work, 2.02 big valve ect... puts out 275 hp at 345 lbft. I see that some guys are getting 100-130hp out of a 4.0 supercharge. so would 2+2=4? a straight 6 putting out 375-405hp? that gives me goosebumps. has anyone been here before?
