Dead battery? Not fully in park? The neutral/park switch In transmission failed? Mud shorted something out?

Throwing codes :nonono:

So I was on the trail today with some peeps from Colorado4x4.org and my new 2012 JKUR would not start. The display kept reading "HDD 9" then it read HDD 10 and HDD 11. Anybody know what this means?

We eventually got it to start by reseting the computer turning to accessories 9 times and starting it on the 10. My thoughts are it some sort of computer malfunction. I have an appointment this week to bring it in. 967 miles
