4'' r/c lift kit minor problem

ok, did the lift kit , what a pain in the butt, had to cut all 4 springs off, took a long time but it is in. Put the transfer case drop in last night & all was good , so i thought!!!!!

went to move the jeep today for a cleanup & I am having binding in my gear shifter, column shift auto. VERY tight, not good. I am going to look into it tomorrow night after work , but I was wondering if anyone ran into this problem & what had to be done to resolve it, Any recomendations would be helpful!!!!!
Thanks in advance Bob
