|Crunchy||Search google for Haspin Acres. It's about 3hrs from Columbus located in Indiana. It's 750 acres of land and they pretty much let you do anything there. You can camp anywhere on the grounds and there is even a sign at the entrance that says you may drink and drive (though I dont really recommend it). That's where I go when I go wheelin with my buddies from Cincy.|

|vgerardi||I have gone out with the Ohio 4x4 Trail Riders Club about 4 times. It's a good way to learn the trails and it's always nice to have plenty of people on a ride with recovery gear, tools, ect. They let you ride for the first time free then there is a yearly membership fee. I forget how much it is but its not very much. They meet up once a month at a Donatos in Reynoldsburg and then they usually do one trail ride a month also. I haven't been out with them for about a year but they all seem like nice people.|

When I went to BG and lived up there I used to offroad up in Toledo at Airport highway and Albon Road. It was off a railroad access road. Its been probably 6 or 7 years since i've been to that spot but it was decent at the time when i had a stock TJ. Probably wasn't a legal spot and I did had to get towed out of there once. Its was pretty secluded. If you google map the area you can see the spot just north of airport hwy slightly beyond the tracks to the left side of Albon road, looks like a dirt field. Back in 2005 it had a few mud/water pits, some tabletop areas through the woods, and several different obstacles...

|lys327||there are two public trails in ohio, one in northwest ohio and southern ohio....i myself like to find old farm land out in newark and cental ohio....we should start a petition to get the old ORV land opened back up that was located right off of i-270 and alum creek drive. if you drive on i-270 coming from the west side to the east look on your right just after the alum creek exit and you will see what used to be a wonderdful spot to off road.....|

It's in Garrettsville, about 2.5 hours north east of Columbus. I will probably go back in October.

JeepSkool has 1500 acres of fun. It is open the 1st weekend of the month, $40 for the weekend and $10 a person to camp anywhere on the 1500 acres.
I have been there with my son 2 times this year and enjoyed every second. Lots of Jeeps and other 4x4's.
