It's a JVC CS-DA1. 8" powered subwoofer.
I was looking for something small, similar to the factory sub, and could be removed very easily - oh yeah, and actually sounded good. I don't listen to much music with boomy (is that a word?) bass, so it works for what I listen to. It actually vibrates the mirrors on the Jeep!

What sub is that exactly? How pleased are you with it? I am really wanting to get something similar...
Also, did you have to do anything to the tailgate to support those tires?

|Snailpower||Part of the kit I was issued in Afghanistan. Not sure where you could find one, unless you look for "IFAK" on Ebay or the WWW.|

Good week for mods...
Just finished up - mostly - on the Jeep. Teraflex Performance leveling kit, MB TKO wheels, 33x12.50/15 Duratracs. I was also able to get the sound bar speakers replaced with some Infinity Kappa two ways (poly fill in the bar of course) and added a JVC powered sub in the back, which has really impressed me. Finishing touches were some Pilot fog lights in the front and a first aid kit in the back for those aw shit moments. Now if I can figure out how to keep the rain from dripping through the roof of this dog house, I'll be happy!
