Did you do the install and did you need anything extra to install them

Snailpower It's a JVC CS-DA1. 8" powered subwoofer.

I was looking for something small, similar to the factory sub, and could be removed very easily - oh yeah, and actually sounded good. I don't listen to much music with boomy (is that a word?) bass, so it works for what I listen to. It actually vibrates the mirrors on the Jeep!

Droplynx What sub is that exactly? How pleased are you with it? I am really wanting to get something similar...

Also, did you have to do anything to the tailgate to support those tires?

Snailpower Part of the kit I was issued in Afghanistan. Not sure where you could find one, unless you look for "IFAK" on Ebay or the WWW.

Good week for mods...

Just finished up - mostly - on the Jeep. Teraflex Performance leveling kit, MB TKO wheels, 33x12.50/15 Duratracs.
