Benderff Hello. I'm out of the Creswell area. What kind of trails have you run before? Browns camp up north is about the best thing. I have been doing a family type run up the Noonday trail each summer for the Cottage Grove miner days, it's easy but fun. The McGrew trail out of the Grants Pass area also fits what you are looking for. I'm going down to the Rubicon trail again this summer if that's something you are interested in.

shewoolf we put all our events in the Sticky thread on the Oregon forum. Nothing planned at the moment. Although Next June or July there is a Noonday trail run planed by another group. As the details are developed I will let you know :-)

shewoolf Most of that stuff is up here in the Portland Area. It's called Browns Camp and is in the Tillamook State forest on High Way 6. If you ever get up here let us know and we can put a run together for you :-)

Is the OHV park by you atv's only? we never made it out to it while we where down there.

I know Shotgun Creek only has one Class 2 trail. I know there are a couple Eugene people on here. Let me direct them to this post they may have some better Idea about that area :-)

cuefro I lived by the station, an do have the map. I'm lookin to do some more difficult runs. BTW I saw some pics of a guy doing some HARDCORE rock climbing on one of the posts, he said that that he had run it by himself. Do u know where I can find the pics and location? thanx in advance

shewoolf Hubby and I camped down there last summer. Go up to the Forest service station and get the Vehicle maps for the National forest. Some of those Service roads are amazingly fun. and great views. We drove all the way from the Oakridge area to Bohemia Mountain on the service roads. We didn't make it to the OHV park out that way so no idea what it is like.

Hope I gave you some ideas anyway
