|Vin||The only drilling you'll need to do is for the switch and to mount the relay. It'll probably be easiest to run the wires from the lights toward the driverside and mount the relay around the brake master cylinder area. You can utilize the opening through the firewall there for the switch wiring, and there should be plenty of room on the firewall to mount the relay. Then run the pwer wire from the relay along the firewall with the other wires to the battery.|

If you take the ?intake cowl? (I think that's what it's called) the piece between the bottom of the windshield and the back of the hood off, you can run your wires down in there. That's what I did. Just 5 or 6 screws to take out and it comes right off. You can see the wires running down into the cover. Oh and no drilling or taking the windshield down either!
I found a step by step on here i think though that was a couple of years ago. Google should be able to find a write up for you.

|Rubiconlj||I cant help in the fixing department as my KC lights/mounts were on when I bought mine, but one of them is acting goofy and subscribing to this thread to get some feedback|

KC windshield mounted lights wiring help
Im getting some KC HiLiTES SlimLite 130W Super White Long Range lights and i want to mount them up on the windshield but I wanted to know what i was getting myself into before i got them. i was wondering if nyone knows if you have to do any drilling, or taking the top off to lay the windshield down to run the wires. thanks for any help
