Another Heater Control Problem

Well I just bought this jeep a little less than a month ago and since the cold weather is upon us here in Colorado Springs it was time to fix my heater issues. I have a '97 Wrangler 4 banger. I have the 2 slider switchs with the rotating knob for the blower speed. The fan does not work in any setting. So I figured I would replace the most expensive part first which was the blower motor. That didn't solve the problem. Next I figured I would check the relay and replace that, which didn't fix the problem. I than thought well let me check the fuses and with a visual inspection they both look good. Now I am down to checking and replacing the switch and I hope that fixes the problem, could it be anything else?
