I think I might do some frame tie ins on the a pillar and tie the fenders and rockers into a full cage at some point, after I'm sure on keeping the setup. But yeah there are definitely some change for bending the tub but it would take more than the forces seen in a normal minor trail accident.

I've hit mine pretty well and flopped onto the passenger side. The tub, doors, and fitment between them hasn't changed a hair. If you're that worried, some tub panels that tie the fender and tub together will take care of that problem well....I'll be adding those soon. Rocker guards do the same to a lesser extent.

But yeah I agree about the tub damage. I don't plan on checking too many trees. I hope not at Least. I might make mine with removable fenders or flares. The 6 inch flare should but. It's gona cost like 3x to build some with mce instead. I still might. Well see. Haha. I need to be a little thrifty if I want my 8.8 in by summer. Hmmm.

They don't have any right now cause they are retooling their manufacturing. Haha. And welcome. I actually considered that before but I figure I will save some cash and just do my own tubes when I hiline. I need full tire coverage or at least close for pa roads.

Those are the MCE fenders Hi-lined. those are the 1st gen MCE fenders, I don't think you can get em anymore. I think they only have the 2 styles of the 2nd gen.

Considering?? just do it! Flat fenders give a lot of extra tire clearance. It's nice but u limited or tjdave probably have the nicest Rigs. Big body lifts are fugly and stupid for a ton of reasons. More work higher cog don't give you usable suspension travel screw up shifting linkages worse big gaps between bumpers and body.

I never did a suspension lift to fit my 33s I was just curios as to what most of yal spend on all that... I just cut my heep apart
