Rooster454 My SRC bumper is supposed to be delivered to me on Monday. I can't wait to get it on, but am afraid it's somehow going to take a little more work than described in the install instructions

Cigar196 I bought the src side armor and front bumper at the same time. The side armor/steps were a nightmare requiring grinding, drilling and lots of profanity. With that being said, the front bumper fit perfectly, so hopefully the rear goes on as easily for ya

kbwwolf You may have to do some grinding. The only experience I have with a Smittybilt product is with the SRC side armor: passenger side went on with minimal grinding; driver's side I had to grind several times with a Dremel, and a couple of times on a fat weld with my angle grinder. Install took all day (including rustproofing/painting ground areas).

Nevertheless, now that I've reconfigured them for reality, they work fine, and I like em.

There are a few threads on the forum about similar problems with the XRC bumpers, I believe.
