Right on buddy. I think that's the route I need to take. However, mine will take longer because I'm going to cover up the beads on the gambler before I spray (saw that on another jeeper here)

Knowledge97 Jack the front up and put it on the stands. Take the front two tires off and work on those. With any down time or while the fronts are drying, jack the back up and take those wheels off. Once the front ones are dry go ahead and rotate those to the back; front right to back left and front left to back right. Once the rears are properly tightened release the jack. Now finish the wheels off the back and rotate to the front.

s14sh3r 2 jack stands. Brought the tires into the shop, let the air out, stuck playing cards between the rim and tire bead. Paint, wait a few minutes and removed the cards. Perfect mask.

Question for those who painted rims.

I'm getting ready to paint my gamblers real soon (yeah..i'll post pics). The question I have is not so much on the prep of the rims, more as what to do with the jeep. Did you guys do one at a time? Put the jeep on stands? Half at a time? No..I don't have a spare set of rims/tires. I've emailed a couple people on CL to see it they would rent them to me for a couple of days..but no takers. How do I proceed with this?
