New Tires

I am looking to maybe go to a slightly smaller tire than I have now. I have 31x10.5r15 All Terrains right now and the rear tires are scraping my flares everytime I go off-roading or even go over a speedbump. I was thinking a 30 inch diameter but I want a wider tire than the 10.5

I was wondering if anyone knew of BF Goodrich mud-terrains or rugged terrains that came in a 30x12.5 with a 15in rim. If so, how much would new wheels to accommodate these tires cost me?

Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.
